Responsibilities connected with your account.

- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account access.
- You must not share your account with unauthorised persons or allow another person to misuse it.
- You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless you notify us promptly about unauthorised access.
- You must have the legal capacity to enter into the transaction or have permission from a parent, guardian, employer, or authorised organisation.
Digit Epik may request reasonable verification where an order, account, payment, or security issue appears suspicious or inconsistent.
Product & Service Information
Descriptions, compatibility, and availability.
We aim to present product descriptions, previews, features, prices, file formats, compatibility details, delivery information, and service descriptions as accurately as reasonably possible.
- Colours and visual appearance may vary depending on screen, software, printer, and device settings.
- Customers must review file formats, software requirements, licence details, and compatibility before purchasing.
- Product previews are for presentation and may include mockups or demonstration content not included in the final download.
- Product features, availability, packaging, and service scope may be updated when reasonably necessary.
- Custom work includes only the items clearly stated in the quotation, package, invoice, or project agreement.
Orders, Pricing & Availability
How orders are submitted and confirmed.
Submitting an order does not always mean that it has been finally accepted. An order is normally confirmed after successful payment, verification, or written approval by Digit Epik.
- Prices are displayed in the currency shown on the website, invoice, or checkout page.
- Applicable taxes, gateway fees, transaction charges, or service fees may be shown separately where relevant.
- Promotional prices and coupon codes may have time, product, account, or usage limitations.
- Digit Epik may refuse or cancel an order affected by an obvious pricing error, technical error, suspected fraud, unauthorised payment, or product unavailability.
- If we cancel a successfully paid order for reasons not caused by the customer, the eligible amount will be refunded through an appropriate method.
Checkout & Payments
Payment processing and transaction verification.
Payment options available to you will be displayed on the checkout page, invoice, or payment instruction provided for the relevant order.
- You must use a payment method that you are authorised to use.
- An order may remain pending until payment is confirmed by the relevant provider or verified by Digit Epik.
- Payment gateways, banks, and mobile financial services may apply their own processing rules and fees.
- Where payment is deducted but the order remains unconfirmed, you should contact us with the order number and transaction reference.
- You should not make repeated payments for the same order unless instructed to do so.
Digital Products, Downloads & Licences
Rules for using purchased digital resources.
Purchasing a digital product generally gives you a limited right to use the product according to the licence stated on its product page, download file, documentation, or invoice. Ownership of the underlying intellectual property is not transferred unless explicitly agreed in writing.
Unless a product licence states otherwise, you must not:
- Resell, redistribute, share, upload, or give away the original product files.
- Publish the files on another marketplace, website, social group, cloud drive, or download platform.
- Claim the original resource, template, code, design, or training material as your own creation.
- Remove copyright, licence, watermark, attribution, or ownership notices without permission.
- Use the product for illegal, deceptive, harmful, or rights-infringing activities.
A commercial licence may allow the creation of permitted end products for clients, but it does not normally permit resale or redistribution of the original editable or source files.
Agency Services & Custom Projects
Project scope, revisions, delivery, and client duties.
- The project scope is determined by the approved quotation, proposal, invoice, message, or written agreement.
- The client must provide accurate content, instructions, branding materials, account access, and feedback within a reasonable time.
- Delivery schedules may change when content, approval, payment, or required access is delayed by the client.
- Revision limits are determined by the selected package or project agreement.
- New concepts, major scope changes, additional pages, extra formats, or work outside the agreed scope may require an additional fee.
- Final or editable files may be delivered only after the required payment has been completed.
- The client is responsible for reviewing and approving spelling, contact details, prices, legal claims, and other final content before publication or printing.
Client-supplied materials
By submitting text, images, logos, footage, music, account access, or other material, the client confirms that they own it or have permission to use it. The client remains responsible for claims arising from unauthorised or unlawful materials they provide.
Refunds, Cancellation & Order Issues
General rules for digital products and services.
Digital products
Because digital products can often be accessed or downloaded immediately, a change of mind may not qualify for a refund after the product has been downloaded, accessed, activated, or delivered.
A refund or replacement may be considered where there is a verified duplicate payment, failure to deliver caused by Digit Epik, a materially defective file that we cannot reasonably repair or replace, or where a refund is otherwise required by applicable law.
Agency and custom services
Cancellation eligibility depends on the amount of work already completed, third-party expenses, reserved time, and the terms agreed for the project.
- Work already completed and approved project expenses may remain payable.
- A deposit or advance payment may be non-refundable after work has started where this was disclosed or agreed.
- If a project is cancelled before work begins, an eligible balance may be refunded after deducting applicable transaction or administrative costs.
- Refund requests must include sufficient order, transaction, and issue details for verification.
Intellectual Property Rights
Ownership of website content and creative work.
Unless otherwise stated, the Digit Epik name, logo, website design, written content, graphics, videos, product previews, templates, training resources, code, downloads, and other original materials are owned by or licensed to Digit Epik.
You may not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, modify, sell, scrape, or commercially exploit our content without written permission or a valid product licence.
Custom client projects
Ownership and usage rights for custom work depend on the relevant agreement. Unless otherwise agreed, final approved deliverables may be licensed or transferred to the client after full payment, while Digit Epik may retain ownership of unused concepts, working files, internal tools, reusable systems, and pre-existing materials.
Digit Epik may display completed work in its portfolio, social media, or promotional materials unless confidentiality or non-display terms were agreed in writing.
Acceptable Use
Activities that are not permitted.
You must use Digit Epik, its website, products, and services lawfully and respectfully.
- Do not attempt to hack, damage, overload, disrupt, or bypass website security.
- Do not upload malware, malicious scripts, spam, or harmful files.
- Do not create fraudulent orders, chargebacks, accounts, reviews, or payment claims.
- Do not impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity, organisation, or authority.
- Do not use purchased resources to infringe copyright, privacy, trademark, or other legal rights.
- Do not scrape, automate, reverse-engineer, or extract protected content except where expressly permitted.
- Do not use our communication channels for abusive, threatening, deceptive, or unlawful content.
Third-Party Services & Links
External platforms used with our services.
Digit Epik may use or link to third-party services such as hosting providers, WordPress, WooCommerce, CartFlows, payment gateways, email services, analytics tools, software providers, social networks, plugins, fonts, and stock media platforms.
Third-party platforms operate under their own terms, licences, privacy policies, availability, and pricing. Digit Epik is not responsible for changes, outages, restrictions, suspensions, or actions controlled solely by those providers.
Where a project requires a paid third-party domain, hosting plan, plugin, theme, software licence, advertising budget, stock asset, or subscription, the relevant cost is normally the client’s responsibility unless the agreement states otherwise.
Service Disclaimer
Reasonable limitations relating to results.
Digit Epik works to provide accurate, functional, and professional products and services. However, except where legally required or expressly guaranteed in writing, our website, products, resources, and services are provided on an “as available” basis.
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free website access.
- We do not guarantee specific sales, income, ranking, reach, leads, engagement, or business results.
- Marketing and freelancing results depend on many factors outside our control.
- Software, plugins, themes, and platform integrations may be affected by third-party updates or compatibility changes.
- Educational and training resources are provided for learning purposes and do not guarantee employment, certification, clients, or earnings.
Limitation of Liability
Limits applied where permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Digit Epik will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from website use, business interruption, loss of opportunity, loss of data, third-party service failure, or misuse of a product.
Where Digit Epik is found responsible for a claim relating to a specific paid product or service, our total liability will generally not exceed the amount actually paid to Digit Epik for that specific product or service, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Account Suspension & Termination
When access may be restricted.
Digit Epik may temporarily restrict, suspend, or terminate access to an account, download, product, or service where reasonably necessary to address:
- A serious or repeated breach of these Terms.
- Fraudulent orders, payment disputes, or unauthorised transactions.
- Copyright infringement or unlawful redistribution.
- Security threats, malware, spam, or abusive conduct.
- Non-payment of an agreed service or project invoice.
- A legal, regulatory, payment-provider, or security requirement.
Sections relating to payment obligations, licences, intellectual property, restrictions, liability, and dispute resolution may continue to apply after termination.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
How disagreements should be handled.
These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of Bangladesh, without limiting any mandatory consumer protection rights available under applicable law.
Before beginning formal legal proceedings, you agree to contact Digit Epik and provide reasonable details of the dispute so that both parties can attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith communication.
Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it may be submitted to a court or competent authority having jurisdiction under applicable law.
Changes to These Terms
How future updates will apply.
Digit Epik may update these Terms when our products, services, payment methods, website features, business practices, or legal obligations change.
The updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Material changes may also be communicated through the website, customer account, or email where appropriate.
Your continued use of the website or services after an updated version becomes effective means that the updated Terms will apply to future use and transactions.
